Misto Holdings Declares Q3 2026 Cash Dividend of KRW 960 per Share
[Seoul, Korea - October 6, 2026] Misto Holdings today announced a cash dividend for the third quarter of 2026, continuing to execute its long-term shareholder return policy.
Misto Holdings announced that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of KRW 960 per common share on October 1, 2026, up approximately 2.1% from KRW 940 per share for the same period last year. The total dividend is expected to be approximately KRW 50.2 billion. The final number of dividend-eligible shares and the total dividend amount may vary depending on the number of treasury shares held as of the record date.
The record date is October 16, 2026, with the dividend payment scheduled for later in October.
Misto Holdings has continued to execute its long-term shareholder return policy, announced in March 2025, which targets up to KRW 500 billion in shareholder returns from 2025 through 2027 through dividends, share repurchases and share cancellations.
In 2025, the Company returned approximately KRW 285.4 billion to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases, representing 57.1% of its three-year target. Total annual dividend payments, including special and year-end dividends, increased 52% year over year. In December 2025, Misto Holdings also resolved to cancel all previously acquired treasury shares, representing approximately 11.7% of total shares outstanding. The shares subject to cancellation were valued at approximately KRW 268.2 billion.
Following the completion of a KRW 10 billion share repurchase approved in May, the Company approved an additional KRW 5 billion share repurchase in August, continuing its shareholder return initiatives in 2026.
Misto Holdings plans to maintain an average total shareholder return ratio of at least 40% for 2026 and 2027 and conduct treasury share cancellations at least once a year as part of its long-term efforts to enhance shareholder value. Backed by a stable financial position, the Company will continue to consistently execute its shareholder return policy.
Ho Yeon (Aaron) Lee, CFO of Misto Holdings, said, “The third-quarter dividend is part of our continued execution of our long-term shareholder return policy. We will continue to deliver on our shareholder return commitments through dividends, share repurchases and other initiatives, while working to enhance both corporate and shareholder value.”
